Wine Tasting at Keuka Spring Winery-Lake Keuka, New York

 On our trip to the Finger Lakes, one of our stops was at Keuka Spring Winery. The tasting room is on a hillside that slopes down toward Lake Keuka.  It is a beautiful location and we could not resist the opportunity to grab a bottle and enjoy the scenery!  It was picture perfect weather too!  The wine is exceptional and the staff was great!

Rolling Thunder Rally, Memorial Day, Memorial Bridge

We took these photos during the Memorial Day Rolling Thunder Rally, in Washington DC. The statue of bronze is located just behind the Lincoln Memorial just after you cross the Memorial  Bridge and  Potomac river. 

The statues, approximately 17 feet tall are of gilded bronze. They were commissioned in 1925, but were not erected until 1951.Memorial Bridge runs across the Potomac River from the Lincoln Memorial to Arlington House in Virginia. 

Page Arizona Lake Powell

Typical beach day at lake Powell. I snapped these photos from the upper deck of our boat as we passed by. The water lever was high which made the lake deep blue in color. It looked so refreshing seeing its located in the middle of a dry desert climate.

Rolling Thunder Rally
