Get the Point?

Rainbow Point, the highest part of the park at 9,105 feet (2,775 m),[10] is at the end of the 18-mile (29 km) scenic drive.[9] From there, Aquarius Plateau, Bryce Amphitheater, the Henry Mountains, the Vermilion Cliffs and the White Cliffs can be seen. Yellow Creek, where it exits the park in the north-east section, is the lowest part of the park at 6,620 feet (2,020 m).[7]

My Inspiration ... My Wife

Bryce Canyon Utah. A spectacular trip for motorcycling and being with the one you love.

SS Badger Ferry Lake Michigan

Waiting to board the last coal fired ferry on the Great Lakes.
The SS Badger Ferry brought  us on a 4 hour crossing of
Lake Michigan. The Badger's sister ship, the Spartan, is in the background of this photo.
On board we sat in the sun and met the Mayor of Green Bay Wisconsin.
He invited us to a Green Bay Packers pre-season football game when Brett Favre was still their quarterback.
We declined because we were anxious to get to Sturgis S.D.

The S.S. Badger is a coal-fired passenger and vehicle ferry in the United States that has been in Lake Michigan service from 1953 until the present. Currently, she shuttles between Manitowoc, Wisconsin and Ludington, Michigan. She is the last coal-fired passenger vessel operating on the Great Lakes
