Greek Ampitheater

Here we stood on the shoulders of time. We wondered about the people who once walked in this area and what their lives were like.  The theater overlooks the beautiful Mediterranean.  What a spot to see a show even nearly 3000 years ago!!

Mt Etna Sicily - A Different World

Although these are actually color photos, the landscape of Mt Etna is like a different world. We were above the white cloud line and with the wind swept black ash fields, it  made  you feel like you were on the moon.

Oh what a life, as we dined on the balcony of a wonderful restaraunt in Sicily. Our view was  looking north toward the boot of Italy.
